Our administration services are designed to alleviate the burdens of property management. We handle all financial obligations related to your property, including paying bills on your behalf.

You will receive detailed monthly statements outlining all transactions, including rental income and expenses, with supporting invoices attached. All financial operations are conducted through our secure Trust Account.

Our principal members are highly qualified professionals who prioritize ongoing education and expertise in real estate management. Both owners hold NQF5 qualifications in Real Estate and have completed various diplomas through Paddocks/UCT, with plans to further their studies.
