Our administration services are designed to alleviate the burdens of property management. We handle all financial obligations related to your property, including paying bills on your behalf.

You will receive detailed monthly statements outlining all transactions, including rental income and expenses, with supporting invoices attached. All financial operations are conducted through our secure Trust Account.

  • · Compliance with legal requirements, such as Unemployment Funds and Workmen's Compensation
  • · Submission of insurance claims to brokers when necessary
  • · Strict oversight of levy collections from owners

Financial Oversight: Our financial records are meticulously maintained, with books submitted to auditors and financial statements prepared for annual general meetings. We ensure that necessary repairs are carried out promptly, with quality workmanship inspected before any payments are made.
