Bedroom 1 & 2 each have 2 x Single beds and share a full family bathroom (Bath, Toilet, Shower), Bedroom closest to garage can be made up as a King size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom

Top Level;
Large T.V. lounge leading out onto a sun deck.
4th Bedroom: Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom (Shower & Toilet)

Ground Level: Bedrooms 5-7 (entry gained from outside of house)
Bedroom 5: 1x double bed with an ensuite shower & toilet.
Bedroom 6 & 7: Two bedrooms each with a double bed which share a full bathroom and a small kitchenette. Access to these guest bedrooms are gained from the back of the the outside kitchen stairs. These rooms are separate from the main house and are ideal for teenagers/young couples or staff.

Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
DSTV and smart card included in the rental .

Mandatory retainer maid Aggie will be at the house Mon-Fri included in the rental, excluding Public holidays
More than 8 guests staying at the house a mandatory 2nd maid is required for a minimum 3 times a week. 2nd cleaning ladys wages will be for tenants account.
Both ladies are available over weekends and public holidays, should they be required to work the overtime wages will be for the tenants account

Please note only single garage available. Off street parking in front of the house is available.
